Добрый день,
используем Тион-28 несколько лет, на большинстве плат все работает хорошо, но на некоторых проблемы такого рода: при включении часто мигает светодиод линк, пакеты на eth0 не идут. Если передернуть питание, иногда связь может появиться, и дальше плата будет работать. На одной плате такой проблемы изначально не было, но после нескольких дней работы она появилась, теперь линк на ней не поднимается совсем, а светодиод мигает даже при выдернутом кабеле. Также есть подозрения, что проблема чаще проявляется при повышенной температуре (порядка 40 град).
Накопилось около десятка таких плат.

Образ Linux используете наш или свой?

На схеме нашего Сириуса28 есть резисторы R38 и R101 номиналом 0 Ом. Проверьте, чтобы на Вашей плате номинал был такой-же. Раньше мы ставили 10 Ом.

Образ свой.

Замкнул резистор, ничего не дало.

Когда вы меняли с 10 Ом на ноль, у Вас как проблема проявлялась?

Долго устанавливалось соединение, с одной моделью роутеров вообще не устанавливалась связь.

Также мы обновляли драйвер ethernet. Патч прикрепил к письму.
в конфиге ядра нужно включить MX28_ENET_ISSUE после наложения патча.

Под какое ядро Ваш патч? Мое 3.19.2 сильно отличается.
Думаю, будет проще залить Ваш образ для начала и проверить, поможет ли. Дайте сцылку. Может быть, у вас есть вариант, загружаемый с SD-карты?

я взял Ваше ядро, скачал tion-pro28_rootfs_2018.03.21.tar, записал на карту в соответствии с Вашими инструкциями отсюда: https://www.zao-zeo.ru/dokuwiki/doku.php/tion-pro28#c_%D0%BE%D1%81_linux, env variables в u-boot задал и т.д.

Похоже, что КФС записана не правильно.
Попробуйте записать во флешь через mfgtool.

Я пробовал записать через проводник, как в инструкции, попробовал и из-под Linux. Перезаписал несколько раз.
На нашей плате USB порты заняты, под mfgtool подключиться не смогу.
Вы можете образ карточки выложить?

PHY сбрасывается через каждые несколько секунд. Несмотря на строку PHY: 0:00 - Link is Up - 100/Full связи все равно нет.

У вас делается аппаратный сброс phy ножкой GPIO4_13. Добавил у себя однократный сброс при загрузке системы. На данный момент проблему можно считать решенной, из 15 отбракованных плат работают все, кроме двух.
Одна из этих двух - та, про которую я тут писал, не запустилась ни с вашим, ни с моим образом, вторая, по всей видимости, с непропаем, при нажатии на нее на нашей плате подмаргивают светодиоды. Эти две платы отправим к вам, как будет возможность.
Кстати, у вас на схеме rev1.1 ошибка, ножка ENET0_RX_CLK/GPIO4_13 обозначена как ENET0_RX_CLK/GPIO4_1.
